About Us

The location of Yacht Club Villas at Callaloo Club is at the very end of Cul de Sac Peninsula, easy to reach upon arriving at Blowing Point from Saint Martin with the ferry, as one has simply to turn left at the first road going west and follow the road until the very end (about half a mile drive).

The property is an upscale development structured as a Villa Resort with full hotel facilities, each villa is fully airconditioned, features high speed full-time internet connection and can be rented with a chef and chef staff upon request, water sports and a fully equipped Management Office on site as well as a 50 foot sloop sailboat are also available for the guests

All the resort is a free-hold property within the British Lawframe

The property has a surface of about 10 acres, waterfront on the south coast (overlooking Saint Martin and Saba), waterfront on the west coast (overlooking the small island of Blowing Rock and the sunset), waterfront and beachfront on the northwest coast (with a breathtaking view of Rendez Vous Bay and the golf course) where one can find the small golden sand beach of Tiny Bay, belonging to the resort together with its solid rock breakwater and equipped jetty for boats up to 90-100 feet. All the the waterfront is nicely landscaped and fit for jogging and gym in the open air, its total length is of about 1/2 mile including Tiny Bay beach where an impressive Beach Bar is available just on the water edge.

The absence of a long public beach nearby with no alien beachwalkers nor throughtraffic, makes the site an exclusive location away from any noise and disturbances, ideal for the absolute privacy required by such an upscale development.

Sarasvati Villa, fully airconditioned "pieds dans l'eau" building of about 10,000 sqft, 8-1/2 bedrooms, all with bathroom "en suite", featuring a large Chef's Cuisine and a comfortable fully equipped Bar. A huge verandah with living/dining area on the sea is featuring on its south side the Blue Dive facility (which is making the sea available and organized as a private pool with underwater lights for night dive) and on its north side, just on the sea edge, one can find its large and deep salt water ''infinity'' swimming pool overflowing into a kiddie's pool, where the depth of the water can be adjusted according to the needs. Pappagallo Villa, a large charming building of about 10,000 sqft, all on the ground floor, fully airconditioned, featuring 9-1/2 bedrooms, all with bathroom "en suite", plus a 10th guest's bathroom, a large Chef's Cuisine, a comfortable fully equipped Bar and a large and deep salt water ''infinity'' swimming pool just on the sea edge overflowing into a kiddie's pool where the water depth can be adjusted according to the Guests choice. Iemanja Villa, 5 bedroom (4 kingsize plus 1 queensize, all with bathroom ''en suite'') fully airconditioned villa pied dans l’eau of about 4,000 sqft, surrounding its large salt water landscaped pool on the south coast: with seawater ejected by a lion’s mouth into a Jacuzzi-style basin, waterfalling into the pool, enjoying of a breathtaking view of Saint Martin and Saba, described and detailed in the following webpages.
Seasong Villa, about 4,000 sqft fully airconditioned, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms with a large salt water swimming pool, separate but adjacent to the Resort on it's East Side Border. This Villa is the private dwelling of the Owner of Yacht Club Villas at Callaloo Club, such dwelling is occasionally available for rent with the same management, services and style as the other villas, described and detailed in the following webpages.
Besecucau Villa, large unfinished building of 9 bedrooms all with bathroom en suite, with a total surface of about 13,000 sqft, facing Seasong Villa on its south side, featuring a triple swimming pool with a waterfall from its Western Gazebo and a second huge open air living room on the top with 360 degrees breathtaking view, just steps away from the beach of Tiny Bay and the Yacht Club facilities.
