Facilities, optional services and applicable rates

A -Manager on site. Fully equipped office service on site available at additional cost.

B -Daily Maid Service from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm included , unless otherwise requested by the Guests for earlier and/or later hours at additional cost.

C -Dinner Chef and full staff service available with a minimum 45 days advance notice for a minimum of 1 week consecutive service for the below listed villas as follows :

Seasong (8 or 10 persons max)                                           US$     500.00 nightly

Sarasvati, Pappagallo or Caribera (16 or 20 persons max) US$     800.00 nightly

Rosamaris (24 or 30 persons max)                                      US$ 1,200.00 nightly

a 10 pct Service Charge will be added to the above rates.

Unless otherwise specifically agreed at time of booking, Guests have to take due note that the Chef Service MUST be solely organized by the Management, i.e. only Chefs contracted by Yacht Club Villas at Callaloo Club will be in a position to serve the Guests as they are familiar with the kitchen facilities available on the premises and are  closely working with the villas kitchen and service staff on a routine basis.

D -Upon  request breakfast, lunch or light dinner service, one sitting only, can be also organized  at additional cost.

E -Food and beverage are always excluded.

F -Personal laundry to be paid extra at US$ 10,00 per machine, the Guests are not allowed to use the laundry equipments themselves. Ironing service is available at additional cost. G -Babysitting service can be arranged by the Management.

Highchairs and cribs are available for rental.

Personal on site masseuse service to be arranged only through the Management.

Butler and additional personal security are available upon request at extra cost.

H -at villas Rosamaris, Sarasvati, Ananke, Pappagallo and Caribera.Internet high speed connection and cable TV are freely available, private fax can be made available upon request at additional cost.

I -No pets allowed for stay with Guests in the villas, unless otherwise agreed in advance.Smoking (including cigar) is allowed in the villas as far as the other Guests of the same villa are permitting.

J -Snorkelling equipment is available for use of the Guests as well as single and double kayaks , a 14’ cat sailboat,  a 24' speedboat and the 50' sloop yacht Chico Chico, which can be made available at an additional cost upon request to the Management and as far as not taken already or unavailable for technical reasons.

K-The Anguilla International Yacht Club features a Boutique on site where exclusive A.I.Y.C. items, including silverware, watches and else, are for sale

L-The Owners Terms as shown on this official website are the only ones in force and binding, no third party has the permission nor the power to issue or use any different descriptions, stipulations or rental terms.
